it is an Arabic sentence and it`s mostly used by our Muslims community whenever they have to show gratitude with God blessing then use this sentence as normally use Thank you or shukran but our Muslims brother and sister all of them use on this sictution jazakallah khair.

Prophet says Mafhoom:

The Messenger of Allah(SA)said, "The person who is favoured by another and says to his helper:
' jazak-Allah khairan (may Allah blesses you with great reward)'.
